Customer portal
Customer portal is a digital environment where online shoppers can access all relevant information about their subscriptions such as invoices, order history, shipping address, payment method, etc. Merchants can empower their subscribers to manage their subscriptions in a Customer portal:
- Cancel/Pause/Resume subscriptions,
- Change their order/invoice frequency,
- Create an additional order/invoice,
- Skip their next order/invoice,
- Change the delivery date for prepaid subscriptions.
To enable/disable customer actions, go to Settings > Customer Portal > Customer permissions.
