How long does the migration take?

The actual technical migration takes from several seconds to several hours depending on the number of subscriptions in your store. Some more time is needed for preparatory works and post-migration testing.

How much does it cost to migrate my subscriptions?

We don't charge anything for the migration to RecurrinGO, it is completely free.

What payment providers do you support?

We support the following payment providers: Shopify Pay, Stripe, Authorize.net, Braintree, and PayPal Express. In case your payment provider is not listed here, please feel free to get in touch and we can further evaluate if we can support them.

Can I migrate my subscriptions myself?

Yes, you can do this with a CSV file import/export and manual creation of subscription rules. This suits only stores with a small amount of active subscriptions. If you have a lot of subscriptions, you’d better address us for the automated migration.
